Many corporations have in place business continuity plans should a pandemic such as swine flu or bird flu occur. Many of these continuity plans are based around remote working. However according to Dr Nigel Brown, Lead for Resilient Telecommunications Strategy for the Cabinet Office, these continuity plans may fail when the real situation occurs due to lack of consideration of pinch points . In this interview, with Security Vibes, Dr Nigel Brown talks about some of the pinch points that corporations need to consider to create a more realistic continuity strategy.
